Care instructions

Printed apparel (direct-to-garment)

We utilize advanced direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology to offer a broad selection of garment options and vibrant design colors. Our high-quality inks are designed to last, maintaining their color and vibrancy for an extended period with proper care.

Please note that the original care instructions provided by the garment manufacturer may not account for the DTG printing process. To ensure the longevity of your printed apparel, we recommend following the care guidelines outlined here.

For best results, machine-wash printed items inside-out in cold water on a gentle cycle using mild detergent and similar colors. Avoid using fabric softeners and refrain from dry cleaning. Only use non-chlorine bleach when absolutely necessary.

DTG-printed garments can be tumble-dried on a low setting, but air drying is preferable. If ironing is needed, do so on a low heat setting, inside-out, and avoid ironing over the printed area.

By following these instructions, you can help prevent fading, cracking of the print, and potential shrinking of the garment caused by high-temperature washing or drying.

Printed apparel (direct-to-film)

We use state-of-the-art direct-to-film (DTF) printing technology to deliver high-quality prints that retain their vibrant colors over time, often outlasting the garment’s own color durability.

Since standard care instructions provided by the manufacturer may not consider the DTF printing process, we recommend following the care guidelines provided here to properly care for your printed apparel.

For optimal care, machine-wash DTF-printed garments inside-out in cold water on a gentle cycle, using the recommended amount of detergent. Avoid using fabric softeners.

While tumble-drying on a low setting is acceptable, air drying is preferable to preserve the print's longevity. If ironing is needed, use a cool iron inside-out, but do not iron directly over the print.

By adhering to these care instructions, you can help prevent fading, cracking, and potential shrinking of the garment that may occur with high-temperature washing or drying.

Embroidered apparel

Embroidered apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. You can use a small amount of chlorine bleach, but non-chlorine is the safer option.

If you notice any color residue in water, rinse the garment in lukewarm water and then in cold several times, but try not to rub any stained embroidery. Embroidered clothing can also be dry-cleaned.

After washing, don't leave the clothing to soak or lie in a pile while wet. Don't wring out the embroidered items, but if you want to tumble-dry them, use a cool air setting.

If the garment needs ironing, do it inside-out, preferably between two pieces of cloth. You shouldn't wet embroidery before ironing or use a steam iron.

Bags

Backpacks, fanny packs, and duffle bags should be hand-washed without using bleach. Avoid dry cleaning or tumble drying these items. If needed, you can iron them on a low heat setting.

Tote bags and drawstring bags can be machine-washed on a cold cycle without bleach. Do not tumble-dry or dry-clean them. You can iron these bags on a low heat setting as well.

Embroidered hats, and backpacks

Embroidered hats and backpacks can be spot-cleaned using a damp cloth where needed. If necessary, hats and shoes can be hand-washed in cold water, but avoid using brushes.

None of these items should be machine-washed, bleached, tumble-dried, ironed, or dry-cleaned. Be sure to check the manufacturer’s label for any additional care instructions.

All-over design clothing, hats, fabric, and swimwear

All-over design clothing and fabrics can be machine-washed in cold water with similar colors, without using bleach. Avoid dry cleaning or tumble drying. If needed, you can iron on a low heat setting.
